1 flat of strawberries
(use 6 cups for each batch)
5 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
Combine strawberries and sugar in large pot.
Bring to boil and cook to jelly stage (220 degrees
F) which is about 20 minutes. Add the lemon
juice and let cool down. Ladle into jars and sit
back and look at what you’ve accomplished.
